That Zahra Buhari and Ahmed Indimi will be tying the knots in less than two weeks is no longer news.
Just some couple of hours ago, the estranged wife of Mohammed Babangida, pretty Rahama Indimi, just confirmed the preparations ongoing in the billionaire’s household.
In an IG post, Rahama, who is having a running battle with the Babangidas over children’s custody, shared:
“I met this young girl many years ago and I was smitten by her cheekiness. Only years later down the line she is to become ours. My darling Zahra, you are an amazing young lady with so much to give. We have seen and conquered our mission. My prayer is for the two of you to have a beautiful marriage and life with plenty of little 'rahma's running around (hint hint😉) we are happy to have you as one of us. Good things are hard to get and the fight was worth it. We can't wait #zahmed2016.” (sic)
Kemiashefonlovehaven gathered that already, the billionaire Indimi family has sent over N58million worth of designer boxes as gifts to the bride-to-be on Sunday November 27. The boxes, which are said to be stuffed with clothes, jewellery, underwear and much more had Zahra’s customized initials (ZBI) on them.
It is a custom in the north to carry out Lefe to brides before the Nikkai ceremony.
The Indimi family is prominent figures in Maiduguri and hold the ace in the oil and gas sector.
Ahmed, who becomes a son-in-law to President Mohammadu Buhari in December 2016, attended Global International College in Lagos for his degree foundation programme.
He completed his Degree in Information Technology at the American InterContinental University, in Atlanta, USA and proceeded to complete an MBA in Internet Security at the same Institution where he served as the treasurer of the Student Union Government on the London Campus. He is the head of Crude Oil marketing in his father’s company. He became controversial a few years back when he consciously displayed his account balance revealing a little fewer than one hundred million dollars. He will wed Zahra, the President’s daughter in December.
