Nigerian lawmaker forced to ride bike as a result of fuel scarcity (Photos)

Loveth Idisi, the House of Representatives member representing Ethiope federal Constituency, was reportedly forced to ride on a bicycle because he couldn't get fuel to drive his car to an event.
