Kate Henshaw gives us five things to note while going out for your morning run



Nollywood actress and celebrity fitness coach, Kate Henshaw is out to empower all with what she loves doing, and rather than do it alone, the actress has taken time to tell people what they need.

Kate Henshaw on her Instagram page posted a video where she educated her fitness fans on how they need to take that early morning job they have been stalling to take.
According to the actress, there are some things you need to be properly kitted up for that early morning run because you have no excuse.
So first thing first, in a weather like the one we presently have in  Nigeria where rain can start at anytime, wear your raincoat on your jogging clothes for the sake of saving yourself from rain.
Next she talked about is your stop watch… you want to be able to track your journey for the day, so get yourself a stop watch.

you need to have your waist belt on deck for your car keys and if you don’t have one, follow her advice and just wear it for efizzy. This little pack, if big enough can help you with stuffs like water and your phone.

You also need to get an arm band to holdback your phone in place on your arm to feed yourself with good music during this journey.

Finally, do not forget your headphones… yep! You can’t be running and be straining to get a feel of your good music, right? Hence get yourself an earpiece that can make you enjoy the walk better than you would’ve without the music.
